The product.
The experience.
Packaging strategy, visual and structural direction, artwork and agreed sampling or production coordination.
Design intelligence.
Business thinking.
One connected studio.
We connect creative ambition with business intent. Clear positioning, distinctive design and consistent communication — across shelves, screens and the moments in between.

Flying Elephant Designs is an independent brand and design studio, founded by Akanksha Sureka in 2016 and led today by Akanksha and Rahul Mittal.
What began as a stationery brand grew into a studio building brand, packaging and communication systems. We work with ambitious teams shaping a new business, launching a product or giving an established brand its next chapter.
Our role is to connect the thinking to the making, so the story, identity and everyday details feel like they belong together.
Packaging strategy, visual and structural direction, artwork and agreed sampling or production coordination.
Positioning, visual and verbal identity, guidelines and the tools a brand needs to stay consistent.
Campaigns, content, social, digital and communication across the places a brand meets its audience.
A creative perspective and a commercial lens.
Connected by the work, and by what comes next.
Akanksha founded FED and leads its creative direction. A brand designer and packaging expert, she connects research, storytelling and visual thinking with the details of how a product is made and used.
On her channel, she breaks down packaging and printing, shares ideas from everyday products and makes the thinking behind design more accessible.
Rahul brings business and commerce thinking to FED, connecting client priorities with the practical decisions behind packaging, sourcing, production and rollout.
His perspective keeps the creative conversation connected to how the business works. His channel offers a look at founder life, the people involved and the work that happens between the big moments.
