Your project.
Your information.
This notice describes the information collected through this Flying Elephant Designs landing page.
What the inquiry form collects
When you request a call or meeting, we store your name, email address, company name if supplied, selected service and project description. We also store your chosen meeting format, country and city, plus any preferred date or time zone you share.
How we use it
Flying Elephant Designs uses your inquiry to assess your project, contact you, and arrange a conversation. Submitting this form does not automatically book a meeting or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Campaign information
We also store campaign parameters provided in the page URL, such as UTM tags or ad click identifiers, the landing page path, and the referring page when available. This helps us understand which campaigns generated project inquiries. Campaign parameters may be kept in your browser’s session storage during your visit. Apart from the video and Instagram content described below, this page does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Video content
The studio film loads a Vimeo player only when you select Play. We enable Vimeo’s Do Not Track player setting; essential player cookies may still be used. You can also open the film directly on Vimeo. Read Vimeo’s privacy policy for more information.
Instagram content
The Instagram sections can load public profile content from Instagram when you approach them. Reel players load when you choose a video. These embeds are provided by Instagram and may use cookies or ask you to sign in. You can also use the direct links to view the content on Instagram. Read Meta’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Email delivery
Your inquiry is intended for rahul@flyingelephantdesigns.com. When email delivery is connected, Resend processes your contact details, project brief, meeting preferences, request reference and campaign source to send the studio a notification. Read Resend’s privacy policy for more information. If email delivery is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, your request stays saved and the page offers a direct email option.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the site’s hosted database. They are not displayed publicly. Flying Elephant Designs can use its site management tools to review inquiries.
Your choices
Please share only information relevant to your project and avoid confidential or sensitive information in the initial brief. To ask about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or discuss this notice, email rahul@flyingelephantdesigns.com.
